This caterpillar I built some time ago from parts of my remote-controlled excavator, which got the set number 8043 from LEGO. The set is a bit older, but it’s still one of my favourites out of my collection…
Allerdings ist so ein Modell auch oft zu schade um es einfach rumstehen zu lassen, besonders, da es ferngesteuert betrieben ist. Deshalb suche ich manchmal nach alternativen Modellen im Internet, wobei da nicht immer neues zu finden ist.
Dieses Modell habe ich selbst gebaut und ich finde dafür, dass mir mit Technic-Bausteinen oftmals keine allzu guten Fahrzeuge gelingen hat es hier gut geklappt. Es ist zwar auch ein verhältnismäßig kleines Raupenfahrzeug, kann dafür aber mit den enthaltenen Motoren flott fahren.
However, such a model is often too bad to just let it stand around, especially since it is operated remotely. That’s why I sometimes look for alternative models on the Internet, but there aren’t always new ones to find.
I built this model myself and I think it worked out well because I often don’t manage to build very good vehicles with Technic components. Although it is also a relatively small caterpillar vehicle, it can drive on its own with the included engines.
Aus den biegsamen „Gummistangen“ habe ist sogar für alle vier Kettenteile eine individuelle Federung eingebaut, welche die Raupe noch geländegängiger macht.
Out of the flexible “rubber bars” I’ve even built an individual suspension for all for chain parts, which makes the caterpillar even mor off-road capable.
